What We Do

350 Bakery is a small batch bakery in the South Side Slopes neighborhood of Pittsburgh. We specialize in amazing scratch-made baked goods (both sweet and savory!), and we’ve perfected all of your favorite classic treats. Our most popular items include our biscuit sandwiches, cinnamon rolls and strawberry puff tarts, but our fudge brownies, savory handpies and scones are not to be missed.

Our shop is open Wednesday-Sunday with a convenient location and easy parking. Stop in and see us for some weekend breakfast and sweets for the family or order a beautiful layer cake for your next celebration. We love what we do and we know you will too!

Our Story

350 Bakery originally started as a small venture between childhood best friends. Janie Crawford and Barb Reale grew up in rural PA, and they have always shared a love of food.

While baking and cooking together over the years, they’ve developed an appreciation for high quality ingredients and local goods from small producers. After casually considering a bakery business for years, the women officially started in 2011 out of the kitchen at Piper’s Pub where Barb worked as a server.

First they were just making desserts for the restaurant, but regular customers started asking them to fill special orders and new wholesale clients were lining up. In 2016 they moved into their South Side location and have since grown into a multi-faceted business with a busy retail store, several wholesale accounts, and a dedicated staff of 12.

They built a stellar reputation on word of mouth and have a strong customer base that is growing with each passing week. Their shop at 2427 S 18th St is open Wed-Sun with plenty of sweet and savory options. Stop in today, we promise you’ll wish you found 350° Bakery sooner!
